From this site you may download digital trailers, photos and production notes for current Warner Independent Pictures releases. All are available in Macintosh and IBM-compatible formats.

Rating Information

Dear Colleague:

Warner Independent Pictures recently adopted marketing guidelines that are aimed, in part, at helping audiences to be more informed about the MPAA ratings of our films. Our advertising, publicity and promotional materials now contain important, supplementary information about each film's rating.

This letter is to ask for help from you and your organization in making sure that the movie going public is as informed as possible about our films' ratings. To that end, we request the following:

  1. All film reviews, features and capsules should contain the MPAA rating AND reason (i.e. sex, language, violence, etc.) If a film is rate "R," please remind your audience that: "No one under 17 will be admitted to see this film unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian";
  2. When you run a photo or scene clip, please run the fill rating block;
  3. If you possess UNRATED press materials - especially from our Quarterly Preview Wraps - please destroy them as soon as you receive rated materials. Or, if you are on deadline with UNRATED materials, please check our individual film web sites and/or www.warnerindependent.com/pub. Full, downloadable rating blocks are posted shortly after the MPAA rates each film. If a film is still unrated, please be sire to include the copy: "THIS FILM IS NOT YET RATED."

We are working very closely with the MPAA and theatre owners on these issues. We greatly appreciate your help, too.
